Step 1
Download the Windows Password Reset 9.0.ISO from the download link you have received.
Download the burncdcc.exe from here
Step 2
Double click on the burncdcc.exe to run the BurnCDCC software. In BurnCD's main window, click Browse.
Step 3
In the Open window, locate Windows Password Reset 9.0.iso, select it and click on Open to get back to the main window.
Step 4
Insert a blank CD-R into your CD writer.
Click on Start button to start burning your CD.
After BurnCDCC finishes the burning, your CD writer will pop your CD out.
Your Windows Password Reset 9.0 CD is ready to use now.
